We really had the opportunity of a lifetime to get to know the backstory, from someone who very much prefers to be behind the scenes.
This woman has zero ego and quietly goes about her work.
She has worked ferociously hard for the profession and it was our opportunity to really thank her for this!
A lot of ground is covered in this episode, from her dreams aged 8 of working in TV, to working as a PA and now leading SPAN.
